COLLINSON MEDIA AND EVENTS - Norcross, GA

Contract with a publishing and events company involving proofreading content, writing articles for print and web, conducting research, and performing and transcribing interviews, recording minutes at annual meeting, compiling a vendor list and serving as logistical support during the company’s annual Connect conference.

THE SIBLEY GROUP - Washington, DC

Creating and managing schedules for 12 therapists, producing and managing the company blog and social media schedule, supporting a socialization and confidence-building group for 4th-5th grade youth, planning and orchestrating the annual company retreat, and liaising with contractors, clients and staff to coordinate cohesive workflow.

FORD’S THEATRE SOCIETY - Washington, DC

Contract with historic theater, selling over $100,000 worth of tour enhancement guides annually in both 2010 and 2011, managing a team of three, contacting Ford's Theatre Society members for renewals and exclusive tickets, and consulting with patrons to determine best ticketing options. Accommodating VIP guests, their tickets and requests during debut and recorded performances, contributing to an operational and marketing innovation meeting that ultimately determined the rebranding Ford’s Theatre rebranding campaign.

SMITHSONIAN NATIONAL MUSEUM OF AFRICAN-AMERICAN HISTORY AND CULTURE - Washington, DC

Dynamic contract within the Public Programs Department in the Office of External Affairs, with responsibilities including scheduling and orchestrating production meetings, assistant producing virtual programming, offering back of house support through facilitating post-production evaluation, liaising with key staff, vendors, and leadership to progress program schedules, and maintaining record of ratings.

SOCIAL SIGHTINGS - Washington, DC

Contract with an event publishing company involving attending and publishing reviews on events such as the Ambassador's Ball, Meridian Ball, Points of Light and the Cherry Blossom Festival; assisting the Editor-in-Chief in planning and fulfilling event coverage, drafting and editing Social Sightings magazine features, facilitating interviews, organizing and maintaining an archive of all materials while managing an office of five.

CAMELOT COMMUNITY CARE - Tampa, FL

Building positive connections with 16 - 17 year old youth in licensed foster care, employing creative approaches for engaging in life planning activities. Leading transition meetings to draft Transition Plans with youth and supporting adults. Participating in case management planning activities such as permanency staffings and court hearings. Ensuring youth are informed of their rights and resources (including Post 18 programs and housing options) while in foster care and upon receiving independent living services. Advocating for needs of youth as they transition from foster care to adulthood

AB URBAN, LLC - Washington, DC

Developing presentations for new clients, filing annual reports, staying informed of upcoming payments, documenting preparation and meeting minutes, performing office organization, and fulfilling client intake, correspondence and research.

ATLANTA INNER-CITY MINISTRY

Planning a daily camp and weeklong overnight camp for over sixty (60+) K-8th graders, developing camp attendance and payment records, orchestrating the activities, and coordinating meals and transportation, mediating conflicts among youth, and resolving parent matters.

SMITHSONIAN NATIONAL POSTAL MUSEUM - Washington, DC

Fast-paced contract including coordinating and facilitating museum visits for VIPs, assisting in presentation preparation for Council of Philatelists off-site meeting, and collaborating with exhibits, education, collections, advancement and administrative management and staff to encourage a synergistic workflow.
